12 MAY 2006 - Seafood...

Decided to join Papen, Bal, Bijan and Shahrin to Bagan Lalang for a seafood dining out experience. I’ve been to Meru, Klang last time but this is truly my first time here in Bagan Lalang. The usage of that phrase “first time” makes me feelin’ like I’m a virgin again.
Bagan Lalang was not disappointing, anyway. The place was built on a jetty so you’ll definitely see the murky water (I’m using the word “murky” here since I’m referring to the cleanliness status of some Malaysian sea) beneath the floor. This is due to the fact that some of the wooden planks are broken. I’m not quite sure myself whether these planks are broken because it’s slowly being eaten by termites or either some creative home breed moron that we got here are truly trying their goddamn hard in expressing their creativity on their masterpieces (making the whole sentences easier for your brain to chew on, I should have just use the word vandalism).

But don’t you worry; I’m not against Malaysians here. Hey, I’m one of you guys too. That’s a fact! It’s just that there are some (and I do mean some) people among us who thinks that they’re gonna be lookin’ cool enough when their implementing their weird stupid behaviors in front of other spectators who are definitely not impressed by their ability in doing this, but just simply questioning the presence of a so called “brain” in their craniums.

Let’s go back to that Bagan Lalang story. Even though there’s a little amount of broken planks detected under your seats, but it’s not dangerous at all. The trick is to find the right spot for placing the four legs of your chair on the unbroken planks, got it? Unfortunately, we went there when the sea was on a low tide. So, it wasn’t that breezy. But hey, at least the foods were tremendously great. I’m giving two thumbs up for that place. I won’t really mind going there again. We left that place at around 10pm. Shahrin suggested that we stop at the shore so that all of us would be able to experience the calmin’ blow of the night breeze on our faces. It sounded quite stupid but strangely, every one of us agrees to it. Don’t ask me why.....
